Undergraduate (Bachelor’s) Studies
Basic Information about the Program
The English Language and Literature program aims to provide quality education that promotes interdisciplinarity and fosters critical, analytical, and creative thinking through contemporary English literature and modern technologies. Graduates of the program are qualified for independent work in teaching English as a foreign language, translation, and other activities requiring a thorough knowledge of the English language and literature.
Degree and Employment Opportunities
Upon completing their studies, graduates can work as English language and literature teachers in public and private educational institutions (preschools, primary schools, and secondary schools). They may also pursue careers requiring advanced English language skills, such as tourism, translation, communications, public relations, work in cultural centers, embassies, and consulates. They can translate various types of texts between English and their native language and conduct English language courses in language schools.
Upon completing this program, students earn the title of Bachelor of Philology (Anglicist).
Duration of Studies
The undergraduate academic studies in English Language Literature span four academic years (eight semesters), with a total of 240 ECTS credits.
Tuition Fees
The annual tuition fee for this programme is €1,300, payable in eight monthly installments.
The fee is charged in Serbian dinars based on the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the payment date.
