A public lecture and discussion with the Bosnian-Herzegovinian writer Fajko Kadrić was held at the University of Novi Pazar. Kadrić, a multi-award-winning author of novels and short story collections, is particularly well-known for his work "What the Birds Are to Me" (Šta su meni ptice).

During the meeting, students learned about contemporary trends in Bosniak and Bosnian-Herzegovinian literature, with an emphasis on post-war creativity, war traumas, and the culture of remembrance.
Through the discussion, they gained insight into the literary depiction of war experiences and the role of literature in understanding socio-historical processes.

Kadrić emphasized the importance of finding goodness in people even in difficult times, which is the central theme of his creative work.
