Editor of "Economic Challenges" Journal Participates in International Workshop in Kragujevac

Dženis Bajramović, Editor of the scientific journal "Economic Challenges" (Ekonomski izazovi) at the University of Novi Pazar, participated in the international workshop "Publishing Research from the Western Balkans in Top-Tier Journals," held on October 21, 2026, at the Faculty of Economics, University of Kragujevac.

The workshop was conducted by Prof. Joanna Campbell from the University of Cincinnati and Prof. Shad Morris from the BYU Marriott School of Business. The program was organized under the Community Accelerator Program initiative by the Academy of Management, a leading global professional association for management scholars and the publisher of the prestigious Academy of Management Review.

Through interactive sessions and academic exchange, participants explored critical aspects of preparing and developing high-quality research papers, defining theoretical contributions, and enhancing opportunities for Western Balkan researchers to publish in top-tier international journals.

Participation in this workshop represents a significant step forward in professional development within academic publishing, refining editorial practices for "Economic Challenges," and fostering international academic collaboration. Through these initiatives, the University of Novi Pazar continues to strengthen scientific research standards and elevate the quality of its academic publications.
