The competition is open to everyone who meets the following requirements:

Eligibility:

1. All high school students:

Regardless of the type of school (gymnasium, vocational school) or the grade they attend, all high school students are welcome to apply.

2. First- and second-year undergraduate students:

If you are a student in the first or second year of academic or vocational undergraduate studies at any faculty or college, you have the right to participate.

In addition to the basic requirements (high school student or first/second-year student), the following conditions must also be met:

Team formation: Teams must have 2 to 4 members.
Mentorship: Each team will receive support from a mentor (teacher or assistant from the University of Novi Pazar).
One application per participant/team: Each individual or team may submit only one application (one business plan) per competition cycle.
Availability for competition phases: Participants must physically attend the competition.

We invite all interested high school students and first- and second-year students, who are full of ideas and entrepreneurial spirit, to follow the official announcements of the "Business Challenge" competition for detailed rules and application deadlines!

Who can participate in the "Business Challenge" competition?

The “Business Challenge” competition is a great opportunity for young people to develop their entrepreneurial skills and present their business ideas! We want to encourage as many young, creative, and ambitious individuals as possible to apply and test their ideas.

What does the "Business Challenge" competition look like?

The competition is designed to guide you step by step from application to the final presentation of your business idea, with the support of training sessions and mentors. The process takes place through three key phases:

Phase 1: Team Application

Action: Apply your team by filling out a simple online form.

Deadline: Applications are open until Sunday, March 29, 2026.

Purpose: By successfully applying, you gain the right to participate in the next phases of the competition.

Phase 2: Training and Mentorship

Obligation: After a successful application, attending a series of interactive training sessions is mandatory for all teams.

Content: Trainings will cover key areas of business planning.

Mentorship: Each team will be assigned a mentor who will provide support and advice.

Goal: These trainings are designed to help you gain the knowledge and skills needed for successful development and presentation of a business solution in the final.

Training schedule: The first training will be organized on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 10:00.

Phase 3: Grand Final

Date of Holding: The final competition will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2026. godine.

Location:University of Novi Pazar (Dimitrija Tucovića 65).

Raspored na dan finala:
> 10:00 časova: Početak radnog dela. Timovi dobijaju zadatu temu (poslovni izazov).
> Tokom dana: Timovi, uz podršku svojih mentora, intenzivno rade na izradi biznis plana i pripremi prezentacije kao odgovor na zadatu temu.
> Popodne: Stručna komisija pregleda razvijena rješenja.
> 16:00 časova: Početak finalnog dela. Najbolji timovi usmeno prezentuju svoja rješenja pred komisijom i medijima (TV kamerama). Slijedi proglašenje pobjednika.
