THEORY AND PRACTICE IN SYNERGY: Milka Basarić held a lecture at the University of Novi Pazar

In the Great Amphitheater of the University of Novi Pazar, a guest lecture was held on the topic "Crisis Negotiations: A Blend of Law, Psychology, and Security Tactics." The lecturer was Milka Basarić, a graduate psychologist and an experienced police negotiator with long-term experience in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and special units.

The gathering was opened by the Head of the Department of Legal Sciences, Prof. Dr. Ergin Hakić, who emphasized the importance of connecting theory and practice in the education of law and psychology students.

In addition to the academic community, the lecture was attended by representatives of the police and the judiciary, which further confirms the significance of the topic addressed. Through an interactive approach, students had the opportunity to analyze specific negotiation situations and psychological aspects of crisis interventions.

At the end of the event, the Rector of the University, Prof. Dr. Suad Bećirović, presented a certificate of appreciation to Milka Basarić, highlighting the University's commitment to organizing such lectures that contribute to students' practical knowledge.
