COMPETITION IN MOOT COURT "CONDEMN DISCRIMINATION"

To the competition can apply:

Students and female students of undergraduate and master studies in the field of legal sciences at accredited faculties in the Republic of Serbia;

Those who have graduated from undergraduate studies or master studies of law in the school year 2025/26 at accredited faculties in the Republic of Serbia.

The application is submitted on behalf of a team of students which must consist of at least two, and at most three persons who fulfill the above-stated conditions. On the application it is necessary to indicate also the name of the mentor of the team. The mentor of the team can be someone from the teachers or associates at one of the accredited faculties in the Republic of Serbia, or another expert from this field.

Deadline for submitting applications: October 25, 2026.

The legal problem on the basis of which students will draft written submissions will be delivered to the registered teams on October 26, 2026, after the end of the application procedure.

Deadline for sending requests for clarification and addition of facts of the problem: October 30, 2026.

Deadline for submission of the lawsuit: November 11, 2026.

The oral part of the competition will be held in the middle of December 2026 in Belgrade.
