University

The University of Novi Pazar was established on the grounds of centuries-old interactions and blending of diverse peoples and cultures. Founded in 2002 as an endowment (waqf), its mission is to make education and the continuous pursuit of knowledge the most prominent and recognizable attributes of this region.

This higher education institution was one of the first in our country to adopt a study system modeled after Western European universities. The founders' intentions, rooted in the tradition of endowment, are affirmed through the University's collaborations with numerous esteemed universities domestically and internationally, including the opportunity for student exchange programs.
