The program is designed to provide participants with the fundamental knowledge and competencies necessary for successfully performing educational work in schools, in accordance with Article 8 of the Law on the Basics of the Education System (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, 72\/2009, 52\/2011, and 55\/2013), which stipulates that educational work in schools can be performed by individuals with an education in psychological, pedagogical, and methodological disciplines acquired at a higher education institution during their studies or after graduation, with at least 30 credits and six points of practical experience in an institution, in accordance with the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System. The educational program is implemented by a higher education institution as part of an accredited study program or as a lifelong learning program, in accordance with regulations governing higher education. Additionally, the program is aligned with the Rulebook on Continuous Professional Development and Qualification for Teachers, Educators, and Professional Associates (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, 72\/09, 52\/11, and 55\/13) and the Standards of Competencies for the Teaching Profession and Their Professional Development (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, 5\/2011), and allows participants to earn 36 ECTS credits, which are required as a condition for teaching in primary and secondary schools.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-header\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-title-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h6 class=\"accordion-title\">Objectives of the program<\/h6>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-icons\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tclass=\"accordion-icon opened-icon\"><i class=\"far fa-angle-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tclass=\"accordion-icon closed-icon\"><i class=\"far fa-angle-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The program is focused on: acquiring and applying modern pedagogical, psychological, and methodological knowledge about the educational process at both macro and micro levels; After completing all the required obligations and passing the exams, participants are issued a Certificate of Completion for the Program for Acquiring Pedagogical, Psychological, and Methodological Competencies, as well as an Annex to the Certificate of Completion for the Program for Acquiring Pedagogical, Psychological, and Methodological
