The University of Novi Pazar Receives Reaccreditation for Research Activities

The Ministry of Science, Technological Development, and Innovation of the Republic of Serbia has accredited the University of Novi Pazar as a private university for conducting research activities in the following scientific fields:

• Natural and Mathematical Sciences
• Social Sciences
• Humanities

Additionally, the University has been accredited for the following scientific disciplines:

• Economics
• Art History
• Fine Arts
• Computer Science
• Mathematics
• Management and Business
• Pedagogical Sciences
• Environmental Sciences
• Psychological Sciences
• Theology
• Sociology
• Legal Sciences
• Applied Arts and Design

The accreditation decision was made on December 17, 2024, based on the University’s application and submitted documentation. The University has met all requirements prescribed by the Law on Science and Research and the Regulation on Evaluating Research Work and Accreditation Procedures.

With this accreditation the University of Novi Pazar is authorized to conduct research activities of general interest. Additionally, the University is eligible to apply for project funding from the Ministry of Science, Technological Development, and Innovation.
