International Mother Language Day Marked in the University Gallery through the Promotion of the Collection Methodical Sparks 1

This was the first event of this kind in our gallery, and the atmosphere was inspiring, filled with an exchange of knowledge and ideas.

Prof. Dr. Ahmed Bihorac, the initiator and president of the selection committee, and Prof. Dr. Kimeta Hamidović, the editor of the collection, spoke about the importance of the competition and the publication.

Award-winning authors also presented their works: Milena Milošević and Marija Zaputil, winners of the first prize for the preparation of Plava Grobnica (Blue Tomb), Selma Kartalović, winner of the second prize, and Izabela Stošić, winner of the third prize.

The event was enriched by an exhibition dedicated to bosančica, an old script that testifies to the rich cultural heritage of this region.
