The Rector of the University of Novi Pazar, Prof. Dr. Suad Bećirović, attended a formal reception organized by the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Republic of Serbia to mark the country's National Day.

The ceremony was held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Belgrade. The reception brought together high-ranking officials of the Republic of Serbia, members of the diplomatic corps, religious community representatives, as well as distinguished figures from the fields of science, culture, and economy, providing an excellent opportunity for strengthening cooperation and exchanging views across various sectors.

The Rector's participation in this event is part of the University of Novi Pazar's strategy focused on internationalization and the development of science diplomacy. During his stay in Belgrade, Rector Bećirović held a series of informal meetings with representatives of diplomatic missions and academic institutions, discussing inter-university cooperation, joint scientific research projects, and cultural exchange.

The presence of the University leadership at events of such significance contributes to enhancing the institution's international visibility and opens new avenues for cooperation and the mobility of students and academic staff.
