Graphic Techniques Workshop – A Blend of Art, Learning, and Creativity

A graphic arts workshop was held at the “Vakuf of Knowledge” Scientific Center, led by Amer Hadžić, senior assistant at the Department of Graphic Arts, Academy of Fine Arts, University of Sarajevo.

The workshop focused on two expressive graphic techniques – monotype and etching – through which students had the opportunity to experiment and develop their own artistic expression.

The workshop gathered students who, under expert guidance and hands-on practice, acquired new knowledge, refined their technical skills, and gained a deeper understanding of the graphic artwork creation process. Special emphasis was placed on creative freedom, exploration of materials, and the importance of manual work in contemporary art.

We extend our gratitude to Mr. Hadžić for sharing his knowledge, support, and the inspiration he provided to our students.

Such encounters reaffirm the importance of arts education and interdisciplinary collaboration in higher education.
