A thematic lecture entitled “Organized Crime in Southeast Europe with Special Emphasis on Montenegro and Serbia” was held at the University of Novi Pazar, organized by the Department of Legal Sciences.
The lecturer, Assistant Professor Dr. Nikola Terzić from the Ministry of Interior (MUP) of Montenegro, attracted significant attention from students and the professional public.
Rector Professor Dr. Suad Bećirović welcomed the attendees, thanked the guest, and highlighted the importance of the topic.
The lecture addressed the mechanisms of organized crime operation and the importance of regional cooperation in its suppression.
In the ensuing discussion, students asked questions and talked about current challenges in Montenegro and Serbia.
The event concluded with a message to law students that the knowledge they acquire during their studies is a crucial tool for strengthening the rule of law and developing a more just society.
