As part of the Winter School of Skills, an educational workshop for high school students titled "Project Management Simulation" was held at the Department of Economic and Computer Sciences.

During the interactive workshop, through a practical bridge-building simulation, participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the basic principles of project management. Teamwork included defining project goals, activity planning, WBS creation, determining duration and resources, identifying the critical path, as well as cost estimation within a predefined budget.

The workshop was conducted by Elma Kujović, MA in Economics. Through a combination of theoretical foundations and practical exercises, participants developed skills in planning, communication, and decision-making under realistic project conditions, with a special emphasis on the importance of teamwork and timely planning for successful project realization.
