Erasmus+ Days at the University of Novi Pazar
We invite all students, professors, and staff to join us for Erasmus+ Days – a two-day event dedicated to mobilities, international cooperation, and the experiences of our Erasmus+ program participants.
Day 1 – Info Day and Student Mobility Exhibition

🔹Ceremonial Opening of the Erasmus+ Info Day
🔹Presentation of Student Experiences – short speeches and presentations by former Erasmus+ exchange participants
🔹Experiences of Teaching and Administrative Staff – examples of good practice and personal impressions from staff who participated in the program
🔹General Info Session on Erasmus+ Mobilities – overview of available mobility opportunities, application procedure, required documentation, information on partner universities, scholarships, and a Q&A segment
Day 2 – Workshops and Interactive Sessions

🔹Student Erasmus Application Simulation
Learn how to create a Learning Agreement, complete a Europass CV, use the Online Linguistic Support (OLS), and go through the entire application process—from finding a university to submitting documentation.
🔹Faculty and Administrative Staff Erasmus Application Simulation
Overview of mobility types, creation of the Staff Mobility Agreement, lesson planning, preparation of the invitation letter, and useful tips for finding partner institutions.
The goal of Erasmus+ Days is to encourage students and staff to utilize the opportunities offered by this program, strengthen international cooperation and knowledge exchange, and contribute to the creation of an open and dynamic European Academic Area at the University of Novi Pazar.
