UNINP Students on Professional Training in Istanbul

Students Sumejja Hajrović and Naida Mašović participated in the Erasmus+ BIP program at Uskudar University in Istanbul.

Within the Erasmus+ KA131 project, the students of the University of Novi Pazar stayed in Istanbul from April 13 to April 17, 2026, where they took part in a Blended Intensive Program (BIP) titled “Integrated Safety Approaches in Work Environments.”

During their stay, they participated in workshops dedicated to occupational safety, which included:

• hazard identification and risk assessment
• development of preventive strategies for worker health protection
• improvement of safety culture through theory and practice

This international experience allowed them to enhance their professional competencies, exchange knowledge with students from other countries, and gain insight into modern global standards in the field of occupational safety and health.
