The University of Novi Pazar hosted a public debate of the 12th generation of the European School of Debate on the topic:
"This House believes that publicly funded academic research should be treated as a public good and made freely available."

The debate brought together students and participants from several cities across Serbia, who demonstrated skills in argumentative speaking and critical thinking before the audience.

The speeches addressed key issues regarding open access to knowledge and the funding of scientific research.
The winner was selected by a jury composed of members from our university and the organization "Open Communication", highlighting the high level of preparation among the young debaters.

This event, part of an European Union-supported project, also marks the beginning of cooperation between the University and the Europe House in Novi Pazar.
