The seminar "MINDLAB: Creative Techniques" was successfully held at the University of Novi Pazar as part of the "Winter School of Skills" cycle.

The seminar gathered a large number of high school students interested in developing creative and systems thinking.

Under the mentorship of Prof. Suad Bećirović, PhD, through practical work, the participants were introduced to modern tools that facilitate learning, reduce stress, and help in more efficient problem-solving. Through concrete examples, the techniques of brainstorming, mind maps, cause-and-effect diagrams, causal loops, and tree diagrams were covered, which can be useful to students in their further education and future professional challenges.

The goal of the seminar was to introduce high school students to a modern academic environment and develop skills essential for the 21st century. The productive and inspiring atmosphere, combined with the pronounced creativity and engagement of the participants, once again confirmed the commitment of the University of Novi Pazar to supporting young people on their path of personal and professional development.
