Jackets and bags will be stored in a separate room, so please do not bring valuables.

During the exam, it is not allowed to talk to other candidates or ask the invigilator for help. The oral exam is recorded and, together with the exam materials, sent to the headquarters (Austria). After the oral exam, it is not allowed to linger in the hallways or discuss the exam content with other candidates. The exam must be completed exclusively with a pen.

Results and certificates

All exam materials are sent to Austria for evaluation, and once the ÖSD headquarters publishes the exam results, candidates will be informed about them as well as about the distribution of certificates for the passed exam.

Certificates are kept for 6 months, and then returned to Austria!

Please follow our Facebook page ÖSD Novi Pazar through which we announce the dates for collecting certificates.

Complaints and appeals

All exam materials are archived at the headquarters in Austria, and according to ÖSD regulations, it is not possible to access the exam materials. If you are not satisfied with the exam result, you have the right to submit a complaint to the headquarters via the Contact – ÖSD  website within four weeks of receiving the certificate or results.
