Dear high school students and first- and second-year undergraduate students,.

Have you ever thought about starting your own company? Do you want to succeed in business? What does it take? To help you take your first steps in business, the University of Novi Pazar is organizing a competition for the best business idea. This competition will help you shape your business idea, learn what it takes to start a business, successfully convince others of your idea, gain valuable practical knowledge, and win valuable prizes.

What is the Best Business Idea Competition?

This competition is a showcase of business ideas for high school students and undergraduate students. Through it, participants will get acquainted with basic business tools, such as business plans, and techniques essential for today’s business success, including business negotiation. This way, theory and practice will be connected. 

How does the competition work?

Takmičenje se sastoji iz 3 faze:

• Phase 1: Prijava na takmičenje. Popunjavanjem jednostavne online forme možete da se prijavite sa svojim timom i steknete osnovne ulove da se takmičite (kontakt e-mail-a na cei@uninp.edu.rs). 
• Prijava za takmičenje do: 18.05.2024. godine.

• Phase 2: Training sessions for participants.. Svaki tim mora pohađati seriju treninga pod mentorstvom koji će im pomoći da što bolje razrade i predstave svoju poslovnu ideju. Predavanja će biti iz oblasti poslovnog planiranja i poslovnog pregovaranja. (Predavanje iz Biznis planova i Pregovaranja održaće se 10.maja.2024 (petak) u 10.00h sa dodeljenim mentorom -što je promenljivo u dogovoru sa dodeljenim mentorom).

• Phase 3: Final event. Na dan takmičenja timovi dobijaju temu. Zajedno sa mentorom rade biznis plan i prezentaciju. Komisija će izabrati najbolje poslovne ideje. Na finalu će najbolji timovi usmeno prezentirati svoje ideje pred komisijom i TV kamerama. Finale će se održati 25.maja.2024 at the University of Novi Pazar ( Dimitrija Tucović a bb starting at 10:00 AM). The finals will begin at 4:00 PM.

What are the prizes?

•     First-place team putovanje u Istanbul; 
•    Second-place team 300 €, 
•    Third-place team 150 €.

Eligibility criteria:

• Each team must have three members
• Team members must be high school students or first- or second-year undergraduate students

Evaluation criteria:

All teams will be evaluated according to the following scale:
